I can't download MSN messenger, it says I already have it.

I cant find my MSN messenger on my computer, but when i go to download it again, it says its already download?

  • It says i downloaded it when i go to the installer. I have no idea what to do, it wont let me re-download it, and i cant find any program of it anywhere

    For VISTA and WINDOW 7 best way just click start and use the program. Another way is download Mozilla FireFox then re-download it, once downloaded through MF download way. Right click on the mouse then click on "Contain Folder" and it will show you. ^^

Try looking in all programs and see if it is listed if not go into control panel then add/remove programs then add/remove windows components then make sure that the messenger box is checked then apply/ok that should turn it on. You may need your os disk to do this.

click the windows startup menu or press the windows button...then in the 'search' bar write in msn or windows live... then click on it... or right click then 'open containing folder'

Look for Windows Live Messenger. Microsoft renamed the product some time ago and is no longer called "MSN Messenger". It probably is listed under Start, All Programs.

you could try going into control panel then add or remove programs and if you can't get to it from there you could remove msn and download it again but i think if you double click it in add or remove programs it will take you to msn
