Hi.....i guess you have tried almost every option. How about checking whether your computer has BITS service enable. Its Background Information Transfer Service used, though oftenly, to exchange informations between server and client. You can check for this service from msconfig window which can be run from the Run command under start menu. Run>msconfig and then select the tab Services to see for the specific service. If its disabled or turned off....trying turning it on...

maybe it's offline. if you don't know how to disable it, go to file, work offline. if it is offline, there is a checkmark next to it.
