Why can't I change my yahoo mss avatar?

I cant change my Yahoo avatar! Help?

  • When i go to "Profile" I click "Change picture" and NOTHING happens. Help please?

    Honestly I don't think anything's gonna work right now. It's probably a glitch because I've been trying for 2-3 days to get a different picture in as my avatar and nothing pops up when I select change picture and want to upload a new one. Very frustrating but I guess we'll have to wait till Yahoo gets the bugs out of their site. The sooner the better!

Go to view my Yahoo profile, click edit then click change picture. It will tell you to upload a pic from your computer and what size it should be. Just follow the instructions. Make sure your pulse is not set to private as that stops it from appearing, If this fails then it is due to the glitch many users have noticed. Yahoo are aware of it and are supposed to be sorting it.
