  sounds good to me. go for it. might even make a few bucks, just look over any contracts they may ask you to sign - sometimes things come out written differently than it was told to you over the phone. just sayin'... also, check to see what tax permits you may need unless you just plan to sell them to a few buddies out of the back of your auto. l sell a number of rods and reels as well as tools twice weekly at a couple local flea markets. only need a permit from the state franchise tax board. good luck.
