Yo if it is saltwater try bite tracker .com it tells you what kind of fish and where there bite and updates regularly, but you really don't need it just look for good habitats in other words think like a fish. good luck ! fishing is science.

Go to bass fishing home page , click on reports , then click on your state , and there you will find a lot of information from fellow fishermen and guides.
