Can you take an antihistamine and a decongestant at the same time?

Medical question..can I take a nasal decongestant, antihistamine, and pain reliever at the same time?

    Yes that is fine.... You can OTC with all three, but taking the nasal spary works better seperate, so yes you can get OTC 3in 1 but i would stick to your original ....

I'm not a doctor, but I've had a few colds in my life and treated my daughters'. Check the ingredients on the nasal decongestant and the antihistamine, I'm sure that you'll find the decongestant has antihistamine in it, so why would you want to take both? Your local pharmacist would be the best person to speak to about drug interaction. However; taking a pain reliever such as Tylenol with an antihistamine is perfectly o.k.
