Ok, again, the same answer as the last five news stories you dug up. The fact that this man has been stopped at the border without papers doesn't not mean diddlely squat. The fact that he hit and killed this poor woman has absolutely nothing to do with where he was from or whether he had a visa or not. Would her family feel better if he was here legally, or better yet, a citizen of the US? I do wonder how, in 2003, he was released after being found guilty. I have been in the courts and never have I seen them release you after you were found guilty, they sentence you and haul your butt to jail or they haul you off to await sentencing (unless you are rich and famous.) Although when they did catch him it was only a fine. So my assumption is that he was only given a fine for a hit& run and dui. That might have been a contributing factor, huh?
