    You could but you would probably also need a sub woofer for the front speakers in order for it to sound right.

yes you can change them around but you might not want to. in most cases the front speakers are made to reproduce a little better sound because they will be handling more different sounds, maybe even voices. the rear are usually more of a filler. unless some actual sound is sent around the back. like in a movie, a plane flying overhead. the floor speakers might even be 3 way as opposed to the rear that could be 2 way. again, better sound out of the 3 way than the 2 way. try it and see if you like it. you're the one that's going to be listening to it.
