How do I study medicine in America?

Would a american citizen studying a levels in Uk be able to apply to study medicine in america without SATs...?

    In the US, medicine is a post-graduate course only. That means you have to already get your bachelors in another subject before you can apply to med school. Thus your A levels don't matter to med schools in the US. You're welcome to get your bachelors in the UK. In fact, if you can do 3 A levels, including bio and chem, and score well enough, you should be able to study medicine in the UK, since you're a UK resident. And it's fairly easy for a UK doctor to practice in the US. Not many hoops to jump through. You're also welcome to study for your bachelors degree in the US - just not in medicine. Almost all US unis will accept A levels, and GCSEs. Because you're a US citizen, you'll apply to US unis as a domestic student - not an international student - and you will qualify for US financial aid. You'll file the FAFSA form online - put that on your "to do" list - to apply for aid.

You are not going to be able to go to medical school with just A levels For undergrad work- You would really need to contact the admission's office at each college you want to apply to and see what requirements they will want from you. YOu are an US citizen, but have an UK education.
