I'm citizen of a non-English speaking country and want to have a test that would enable me to get an admission for a master's degree in UK or USA. I don’t know which one to ...show more

Answer:
My advice is if you are aiming for studying in the USA I wuould say that (Test of English as a Foreign Language)TOEFL is more acceptable. Where as if you are aiming for the UK (International English Language Testing System) IELTS Aacademic is more appropriate. However both are accepted in both countries. Both are equally difficult. There is no easy way out. Your English communication skills in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking is has to be at par with the native English speaker. Recently I have given the IELTS and have acheived a brand score of 7. Good Luck ......Cheers !!!!!!!
