    You might consider looking for a job in a bigger city. I ran into the same problem, and was unable to find work until I moved to my current location. Try to broaden your horizons as well - you might find that your initial career choice may not turn out to be your main career. If you are interested, try looking into computer software and programming as well - with that added knowledge you will be able to put together an even better resume. Be sure to get your certifications - they count sometimes more than your actual degree. Check out CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Comptia Network+, etc.
