Requirements for Dubai Visa?

I am Filipino living in Dubai, what are the requirements in getting a portuguese visa? Where can I submit it? ?

    Valid passport (a visa is valid for a maximum stay of 90 days; please, note that in order to get one, your passport must have a validity of at least 3 months after returning from your trip to Portugal and/or other Schengen countries) ; • Convincing proof of adequate financial means and others to ensure subsistence and return; • - Documents supporting the purpose and the conditions of the planned visit; • A sponsor letter (company, institution etc.) and/or an invitation letter from Portugal ; • Hotel booking or other accommodation arrangement in Portugal and complete travel plan; A valid confirmed return airline-ticket to Indonesia / print-out ticket / ticket booking; • Medical travel insurance (original & copy): the insurance must cover a minimum of € 30 000 for medical costs (treatment, hospitalization, etc). i will be back with embassy link.. the only link i have found is in Saudi Arabia, Embassy / High Comission / Consulate for United Arab Emirates Office : Embassy Street Address : Anbasa Al-Khafiqui - Olaya Dist.
