Why can't i download attachments?

I cannot download photos or attachments that are being sent to me recently.I never had this problem until a couple of weeks ago. I click on Download Attachment and nothing happens.

You may try the following before saving or attaching files: - Turn on Full Session HTTPS. - Use a different web browser. - Check email security level and settings of your antivirus. Anyway I've found it much easier to use one of free services on the Internet to send or recieve files on your email instead of attaching them. Try https://itrnsfr.com
