How to advertise links?

My friends are getting emails from my id without my knowledge.emails contain links to some medicine advertise?

  It is not uncommon for spammers to spoof your e-mail address when sending mail. You have no control over that whatsoever. Simply being spoofed does not indicate any sort of problem, I have seen plenty of users who get dozens of delivery failures when messages are sent out "as them". What would concern me is that this is targeting people you likely have in your contact list. Because of this I would recommend doing a thorough check of your system for any sort of viruses or spyware. If you have anti-virus currently running, be sure it's up to date and do a scan. Since some viruses are efficient at disabling or crippling your anti-virus pay attention to any thing that seems out of the ordinary. Several companies offer on-line scans, even if you have AV installed locally, it doesn't hurt to try out the on-line scan from another provider. Stick to ones you've heard of or that have good reputations, there are plenty of people who try to trick you into installing an anti-virus which is nothing more than malware meant to get you to pay them to clean your computer. IF your friends are savvy computer users they could open the messages that appear to be coming from you and check the page source (full headers, routing info, plenty of terms for this) - this information should show the sending server's IP address. If that can be traced back to your Internet Service Provider then I would suspect that you have been infected and the resident program has set up shop and is sending these out from your system.
