A permanent resident in USA,studying in Ukraine, will he need a schengen visa?

Answer:
Yes, you do need a visa. And the problem is that the lane to the Germany's Embassy in Kiev is a kind of 1 month long. Your GC won't be known by Consul, so you should collect all of needed documents. How can you study in Ukraine, if you have to stay in the US at least 6 months in 1 year in order to keep your GC? ;)
