  After august 1, 2011 you need five job searches per week. If you do not have those you will not qualify for benefits for that week. It's hard to answer your question without knowing exactly what disqualification is on your claim. If it is merely for a lack of work searches, then as long as you keep claiming your weeks they should resume paying out the date after the disqualification was ended. You should have received a letter telling you what time period the disqualification was for. More than likely you should not have to worry about February to July, but it is impossible to say without knowing the disqualification.
