How much money do Medical Assistants make and how long are the programs.?

There actually aren't suppose to be too many jobs for the MA (or medical biller or coder) despite what those private $$ tech schools say. And just fyi about medical billing that a lot of companies are outsourcing to Asia/India which is what happened to my cousin who was laid off from her medical billing job of five years. If still interested in MA, please consider the more affordable county vo-tech school or community college as long as it's accredited within the industry.
