How can you apply to med school after nursing?

I wanna be a pediatrician? Do I have to go through Med school or can I do through nursing?

    If you want to be a pediatrician, you will need to go through a full medical doctoral program. Four years of undergraduate school (pre-med), then about six to eight years to become a fully licensed physician. You won't be in a position to work for about the first six years (you'll be too busy with trying to make it through school), but then you will be working as an intern (low pay), then a resident doctor (fair pay, working under experienced doctors), then good pay (not great) as a pediatrician. Otherwise, you could train to become a pediatric nurse, with as little as two years of formal education.

You need to do a medical degree at university and then the specialist training - about 6-7 years all up. But depending which university you go to you could be out working in a hospital in the second or third year (not really well paid, but you do get paid). Everyone (well almost) is hesitant about choosing a career. Just go for it. There's plenty of time to choose something else down the line if your first choice doesn't suit. Aim high and you might find something you like better along the way. Aim low and you've got nowhere to go.
