Just take your time and do your best. Don't try to take shortcuts to keep up. If you fall behind, just ask for help. After a few weeks, you will feel like you have been been a Nurse Aide for years. Good luck!

James is right. Give yourself time to settle, it's overwhelming getting to know your colleagues, clients and everything else. I bet after 2 weeks, you'll feel part of the home as you will be familiar with the home routines, layout, who's who etc. Chill out a bit, all new staff are not expected into fall in line immediately and anyone who does is being unrealistic. We all start somewhere. Best wishes.
