3.8 GPA is good and you can leverage that into alot of roles...Alot of people say GPA doesnt matter but from my experience it does matter in getting your first job...and it matter ALOT. Having a high GPA will get you interviews, esp. in your case because you have no internships. My advice is to look online hotjobs careerbuilder etc. and apply to entry level positions. Also talk to a headhunter they may be of some help. Google your answer and you will find alot more info than people can supply here. Also make sure your resume is wriiten well. Best of Luck
