How do I start a career without experience?

Help??? How can I start a career as a leasing specialist when I have not had any experience?

  There are apartment leasing temp agencies. They will do a day on intensive training on how to become a leasing specialist. Then they will send you out to apartments until you get hired. I'm not sure where you are located. In Colorado there is one that i've worked with CSI Career StrategiesThey have locations in other states. You can look at their website. http://www.csi4jobs.com/index.html I got into apt leasing with them after college and got a permanent job offer pretty quickly. You wont need to go to school. they do all the training. Money depends. It can go anywhere from 10 to 13 to start but you can get promoted pretty quickly and become asst manager, apt manager, district manager - just takes dedication.
