The CW is a great source but they dont upload the episodes until a few days after it has passed.. try out http://www.tvtubers.com or youtube.com

I live in Canada so the CW wetsite won't work for me, but CTV.ca has gossip girl on it =) If you want to download, go to mininova.org, download this thing that looks like 'utorrent' and then search up the episode and download that torrent. once you download that torrent, open it and download it on utorrent (its like a program, easy to use). In case you don't know though, I'm pretty sure downloading is illegal but watching it on ctv isn't.. i think.
