How to fix the directional buttons on my PSP?

Please help me with my psp. the x and o buttons have switched tasks or functions.how can i fix it?

It looks like your PSP decided to switch regions by itself. LOL kidding. This is frequent in games that are made in Japan, and it only functions if you are in a Japanese game. When you return to the menu, things are back to normal. If that is not the case, then my joke is correct, and there is no known fix for that.
