    Go to build mode and where you do most of the outdoor stuff, now at the top of the choises there is a little house wiiht a driveway. Now grab the bottom part first and put it where you like, then put a wall across the top. Go back to the driveway, grab the extesion and out it after the wall.

To buy the driveway and cars you can go to the cars collection in either buy or build mode, or just got to miscellaneous in buy mode and you will find cars. Next to the day/night there is a sort by room. Under that is collections. That is where you find everything else. You must have a driveway down first. Once you have the driveway down, you put down the extension for the driveway. For the garage, build a rectangle wall around the extension of the driveway. Then you put the garage door down on the wall. You can not put down a driveway/garage in a University dorm or an apartment.
