Just remove your game data for MW3 it worked for me... go to Game ---> saved data utility OR Game -----> game data utility I have removed them from both maps seems one of the files is corrupted

i got it too i turned off firewall, scanned for virus. i got nothing, but i keep getting the same things

The server may be down. Check your internet connection. Turn off your firewall. Check your system for viruses. Or just wait a while and see if the problem fixes itself.
