ePSXE has pretty good compatibility with PS1 games and PCSX2 is the best PS2 emulator currently in development. Neither can play every game and you need a particularly good computer to play PS2 games. http://www.epsxe.com/ http://pcsx2.net/ You have to obtain games and BIOS on your own. It's illegal to download them from the Internet, but you can play your PS1/PS2 discs or make ISO images of them with software like Alcohol 120%.
