Where do Brown Trout go during ice over?

If you dont appy ice to a swelled red bruise lump on forhead will it not go down without ice?

  It's best to check with your pediatrician. I'd try to apply ice several times a day, for about 2 to 5 minutes if your child will hold still enough. Maybe you can distract him with a story from a book or a toy while he's holding the ice. I think it will heal eventually but I'd feel better getting a bump on the head checked out, it's not so much the bruise, it's what's under the bruise.
