The Atlantic Paranormal Society maintains forums for all kinds of paranormal stuff, though TAPS mainly focuses on ghosts. They have two forums: a "main" forum, and an adults-only forum. Both are linked on the left-side navigation bar, and require free registration. The links for all three (TAPS and their forums) are below.
