I am unsure about Philippines but I think the rates are NOT too far from the one used in KL. There are a few options for getting radio spot produced. 1. Go to an advertising agency - they will give u a rough quote based on a standard 30 sec radio spot with one Voice over. Again, it really depends on how complicated your script is but that will give you an indication. Remember, the more chracters you have in your script means more voice over means you have to pay more. Typically run from MYR10-20K 2. Go to a media agency/radio station - they will hook you up with a costings, these days if you buy spots, they will do the production for you free...even the script itself.
