I do not think it will help very much in moving your site up the search engine rankings as the links posted here ar "no follow" links, there are much better ways to move your site up in the ranks like posting on article or web2.0 sites

It does not give any backling to your site. more over here you can discuss your problem and that problem influence on serch when you search because this is very popular and have high PR i.e Page Rank and spider or web crawler crawl the page in short time.
