How to kick a kickball far?!?

so, our gym block has been playing kickball. but i always kick in the air and get an out. how can i kick it really far so nobody can catch it thank you. other tips appreciated for ...show more

Answer:
the reason it is going in the air is because you are kicking the bottom half of the ball so it is lifting up into the air. to get it to to stay low try and kick the top half of the ball this should keep it on the ground so they wont catch it. also dont try to just kick the ball as far as you can alot of the time this is why it goes in the air. just take your time when it is rolling and try to make solid contact on the top half good luck
