How Do I Use Salmon eggs to fish?
-
I bought a little can of red salmon eggs.. they are just the single eggs.. nothing attached or anything. and im wondering how to use them to fish.. do i just hook a few or what.

Answer:
When I use salmon eggs, I go one of two ways. If I am fishing on the bottom, I use a size 16-18 treble hook with one egg on each barb. If I am fishing closer to the surface, I use a size 18 salmon egg hook with 2 eggs on it about 3-5 feet under a bobber. Depends on what you are trying to catch. I only use salmon eggs to catch trout. If you are using salmon roe (cured eggs) which you are not judging by your question, that is a completely different thing all together.
