Im not sure what's in reverse of arcadia, but the most important cards are probably ones like gk descendant, gk spy, gk recruiter, and of course necrovalley. Dark support is good too, so maybe include Mystic tomato Etc. Try not to have to many cards that summon from the graveyard as necrovalley prevents this. Hope this helps
