    Definitely the best way is to take the Airport Express train, which departs immediately in front of the arrivals area. Faster, easier, cheaper, more comfortable. (Although I guess it depends how many people "we" are). Kowloon is the 2nd stop on the journey. Not sure where the Regal Hotel is, but taxis are plentiful at the station, and again a painless transfer. Make sure it's not that hotel offering the "pay for one night, get seven nights free" deal which was in the news a few weeks ago.

While Hong Kong taxis are cheap, it's a long way from the airport to Kowloon, and therefore the fare might be a bit expensive, especially since you'll have to pay for tolls. The Regal Kowloon Hotel does have a "Meet & Greet Counter" that can arrange a shuttle at station B14 in the airport, according to Expedia. This may be your best bet. Other options are taking the MTR Airport Express, which will cost you HK$90 each one way to go to Kowloon (HK$45 for children 3 to 11 years old), and then take a cab from the Kowloon station. That's definitely the fastest way to get to your hotel. Good luck!

You shouldn't worry about cab fare in Hong Kong it's pretty cheap. Just be sure that the driver doesn't try to rip you off. Many of them will shut off the meter and attempt to negotiate a price that is much higher than the regular fare.
