If you are admitted to a college or university in the United States, you can choose whichever major you want (from all of those being offered at that particular school). Your status as an international student does NOT affect your choice of major. Do you mean Miami (in Florida) or Miami (in Ohio)? If you mean Florida, then you should look at the web sites of schools in Florida. There's the University of Florida, Florida State, Miami-Dade College, and the University of Miami. There's probably a psychology department in each one of those schools.
