Can i turn on my psp while charging the battery for the very first time?

  • i just got a new psp 3000 today and whated to know if i could turn it on while im charging it for the first time? would it effect the battery at all?

you should always let your new devices charge to the max before you use them because if you dont the battery will eventually drain quicker over time and you will have to replace it much sooner than you normally would have to
