Sorry, you made the agreement with the loan provider. They aren't going to cancel your loan or reduce it for you just to be nice. You can file a hardship notification with the loan provider to temporarily put off paying the loan (it will still incur interest) or decrease your payment amount. If you file for bankruptcy, it will still be very hard to dismiss loan debt. It will also ruin your credit history. It sounds like that may be your only option.
