the us consulate do not operate an advice service .. stopp flapping with this either get a lawyer ..or just apply for the ESTA

It depends what citizenship u hold…you are usually not allowed to enter US embassy without any appointment for some reasons … but if you have a british passport then no need for you to get a visa. more info can be found below http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visa_requirements_for_British_nationals
