  So take it to a car audio shop or best buy and have them replace your speakers... Why are you asking how to do it when you're going to have someone else do it anyways? Eddy was telling you how to do it yourself, like your question asks, to save the $75+ that you're going to pay someone else just to take out 8 screws and undo a few wire harnesses on top of paying more by not buying speakers online. Taking apart a car door is about as simple a thing as you can do, but to each is own I suppose. Anyways, your speaker is obviously blown so find a set of 6 1/2" car speakers that you want (assuming front speaker, 5x7 or 5 1/4 for rear, can't remember which) and have whoever you buy them from install them for you.
