    your speakers are vibrating the eye inside the CD player. Remember the oldshcool portable CD players? they had like, 25 seconds of skip protection. it's kinda like that. except car decks don't usually have alot of skip protection. I would guess that it never use to happen because the eye inside the palyer was nice and tight, over time it has become a little loose and now vibrates enough with the base to cause it to loose it's place on the CD for a second. Your best bet, get a new deck, and get one that plays either mp3 CDs (because they load up into the memory of the deck and don't need to spin the cd the entire time. or get a deck that plays off of a memory stick or ipod. then you wont have the problem.
