How would I wire subs to AMP?

How do i wire up my subs to my amp?? i have 2 250 watt subs and a boss 1000w 4 ch amp?

• i have a 1000w amp with 4 channels and 2 250 subs in a vented box how do i link it all up i also want 2 add sum tweeters to my system is it best to wire this in to the head unit??

  Install the amp first, connect red (positive) to red Battery terminal , connect amp turn on wire to head unit, run pre-outs from head unit to amp (red and white audio cables) (make sure the pre-outs are not run by the engine or anything that distributes noise) Connect Black (ground) wire to somwhere on the body of your car (bolt it on) Switch to 4 ohms and connect speaker wire to the back of the subs. Thats it
