Where is the best place in the world to go whale watching, in march?

    I would agree completely with Maui. From the beach you can see the whales blowing water out their blowholes for miles all day. They're Humpbacks so they're pretty big and sometimes they come very close to the shore. If you go out on a whale tour, we went on Pacific Whale Institute's, put your camera on auto-focus and be ready. I got a shot of one with only it's tail still in the water when he breached. Was very lucky. The earlier in March you can go the better. It will be an experiance you'll never forget.
