How do you get the "long" url for a Youtube video now?

Okay, it's extremely annoying to have that option of "long url" removed from under share, but as it turns out... My problem was that I accessed a video through a link someone else had posted, embedded, in another site. When I followed the video link, it started off embedded. Even when I clicked out of it and got to the "normal" page view, the url itself still had an embed text in it. So to get to the original video link itself, I had to click share, get the "shortened" url text, paste that into the address bar, then hit enter, THEN it became the "normal" long url text that CAN be used in various wordpress blogs internal embed options. I get that it's nice that a short url will automatically become a long url now - BUT - since it doesn't happen automatically when you click from external links and embeds, it seems to be a little laborious to try and figure out how to get there from the embed link without having to either hit share and get the "new" url (minus embed) or search for the damn video again through Youtube to get the "normal" url. Note to Youtube: Sure wish you'd left the "long url" link option there in Share. I don't see how it would have hurt, and it surely makes my life easier. Glad there is an answer, roundabout as it is though, so I can continue with this assignment!
