Get real... nobody is going to give you a room to trash for £300... it could cost ten times that to put right. Add to that the inconvenience to other guests or neighbours... dream on. Your best bet is to find someone willing to let out a small warehouse or outbuilding away from any residential property.

For a start, no one is going to rent out rooms for a party. Why would they? Secondly, New Year's Eve is one of the most expensive times to rent a room, ten quid each - impossible.
