What are some Good and Simple Thanksgiving Recipies?

Any good recipies for Thanksgiving sides? ?

  well....if you are good at using an oven... heres a good vegetarian dish: *********Stuffed Bell Peppers******** you will need bell peppers, white basmati rice, avacado, onions, chicken mince, a tub of houmouss ( i think thats how you spell it), chicken stock cube and some grated cheese. 1, boil the rice until cooked,make sure you pre-heat the oven. 2, fry the oil in the pan until bubbling and add chopped/diced onion and cook until slightly golden. 3, now add the chicken mince. cook until the color changes but not to be over cooked, this is going in the oven. 4, ok time to take the rice, the chicken mince and chopped avacado and mix it together . 5, cut the bell peppers tops off in a way that you can still put them back on like a cookie jar. empty the seeds and rinse them. 6, stuff the mixture inside of them two thirds of the way and then add the cheese to make up for the 3rd and then put the lids on and now place them in the oven until they are roasted. 7,now take them out and serve them with a lot of houmoss. and.........i just made that up as i went along, i hope you like it :D otherwise, you can stuff any vegetable with anything you like ! hope you like it happy thanks giving even though we dont have that in england lol.
