My research found that those jobs are now farmed out to the Phillippines because the labor costs are significantly less expensive for businesses than here in the U.S. Every avenue I pursued in this regard only turned up scams here in the U.S. If I were you, I would go directly to the website of local hospitals or staffing offices and inquire within. They're more likely to help you there.
