I would encourage you first to figure out what you actually want to do in the medical field. As you know the medical field is very broad with different health care choices. As far as something that pays good and requires less work....let me know when you find that because a lot of others will be applying lol Usually it is the other way around.....employers give you more work and don't want to pay you for all of the job responsibilties you may have!!! Medical professional jobs require hard work and dedication! There is no "easy" dollar in the medical field.

As the equipment becomes more widespread, these non-invasive procedures will become first line diagnostic tools and, if you are young, you will be able to write your own ticket for several more years. If you are over 50 and American born, they probably won't hire you no matter what your abilities are.
