Programming (application or web programming) and System Administration (System management like MCSE and A+, computing security like CISSP, networking like Cisco, etc.) are two different worlds and you will need to decide which way you want to go. Programming has been more subject to off shoring and outsourcing because you can write code anywhere. System Administration is usually more hands on and so less likely to be off shored although outsourcing is a possibility. So you will need to continue your studies and get your 4 year degree. Pick a general field at first and maybe take a few programming courses to see if you have a knack for that.
