There is a product called "Hemoway" to use it you must soak in a tub of water hot as you can stand it for about 15-20 mins, after getting out of the tub, blot the area dry with a soft towel, do not rub, for rubbing causes more irritation. Apply a generous amount of "Hemoway", to the area, and this will shrink your hemorrhoids and you shouldn't have any more problems.

I had hemorrhoids and i think i got mine from my very bad diet. I constantly had constipation or hard stools. There were times that the pain felt crippling. Sometimes i would even have pain when im sleeping and it would just come on all the sudden. First it would start in the rectal area and even move into my legs. I guess it was because of the nerves in that area or the body. I solved this problem naturally and it was the first time i ever tried a natural cure. I am normally very skeptical but the pain was way worst than the money it would cost to find out if it worked or not. So i tried it and it says it cure most people withing 48 hours bout it didn't cure me that fast. although i will say that i noticed a huge difference right away it took about a week to feel like they were completely gone.

Hemorrhoid's do not go away and even if you had it removed surgically, they can grow back. If it isn't bother some, forget it. Why talk to your GYN when they are going to ask if it hurts or is bother some and if so they will probably want to remove it. I am in my 50's and they haven't ever been an issue during intimacy.

Don't worry about your b/f. When you let someone get that intimate with you, he is so glad to be there that he will not get turned off. The best place to start is with your "regular" Doc, be that a family practice guy or a gyn. Allow them to examine you and refer to the best place for treatment. You will find that it is not as bad as you may think, even if a minor surgery is required. Good Luck!
