What is the best job in the US for the IT field?

What is the best field for a foreign citizen who is comming to US for job hunting ,,, Just a normal job.?

There are no jobs, they are all in asia now. My cousin worked in the computer field until 2003 when they layed everyone off and sent the jobs to India. Now he works at a supermarket as a cashier and still has student loans to pay off
